It is our deepest belief, at Mission Alabama, that a community is not transformed until the hearts of the people are transformed. We develop our programs and initiatives with that belief in mind and understanding that people will more likely thrive when they have an advocate available to support them in identifying and achieving their goals.  

 

All of our community-based programmings include a case management component to plan and implement strategies, track progress, assess successful outcomes, and prevent duplication of benefits.  Holistically, we are committed to collaborating with various entities to shift individuals and families from cycles of dependency to interdependency.

 

Through our I Care Alabama Initiative, we train and equip Case Managers to serve communities throughout Alabama by partnering with the community of faith in Case Management to be responsive, effective, and responsible in meeting the needs of the poor and hurting.
